Customer Agreement

• You are responsible for the proper transportation and storage of your meals following assembly at the Delicious Dishes.  We recommend that you bring a cooler or basket to sessions for transportation.
• For your safety and protection while at Delicious Dishes, we recommend that you wear closed toed shoes to your session.
• You must release Delicious Dishes from all claims, damages and causes of action liabilties which may arise as a result of your preparation, storage, and consumption of Delicious Dishes meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Delicious Dishes.
• You must abide by the cancellation and rescheduling policies of Delicious Dishes.
• You must follow all rules of conduct listed below while using Delicious Dishes facilities.
• You may not bring children under the age of twelve to your session unless otherwise scheduled to do so.
• You may not bring more than one guest to your session.
• You must wash your hands and wear gloves when instructed by Delicious Dishes.
• You must freeze your meals or refridgerate them for cooking immediately after your session.
• You must keep your meals below 40 degrees while in storage.
• You must cook all meals according to their instruction labels.  You must thaw meals completely before cooking, and unless otherwise specified, cook them to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Delicious Dishes buys fresh ingredients for your meals shortly before your session, therefore, we have developed a Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy to minimize food waste and to keep our prices as low as possible.

Cancellation

• You may cancel three business days prior to your scheduled session and we will issue you a refund using your method of payment.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule three or more business days prior to your scheduled session by calling our store. 
• If you experience a problem and realize you can't make your session less than three business days prior to your scheduled session, call Delicious Dishes at 785-271-PREP and we will prepare your meals for you.  No discount or refund will be given.

Privacy Policies

In order to process your reservation via telephone or in our store, you will be asked to provide information like your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.  Providing this information helps us to track our customers and to notify you of special events that may be comming. 

Our privacy policy is simple.  Your information is your information and we will never share it without your consent or knowledge.  If you have questions about our privacy policy, we are just a phone call away to answer your questions or address your concerns.
